A Hands on Training Summit for Fire Service Behavioural health and Wellness leaders.

Stepping our of the conference room and into the jungle, an environment built for learning by doing.

This summit is focused on operationalizing wellness in the fire service. Moving mental heath training from awareness into action. 

We focus on Training the Load: building tools for performance, and systems of implementation.

And we focus on Training the Recovery: teaching how crews can get back into service on fragmented sleep.

Participants will leave with a mental fitness and recovery training model sized to their departments & crews, drills they can teach and experiences that translate back into station training.
